Responsibilities

You’ll be leading the charge in building exciting games with us – from planning and designing to getting your hands dirty with development. As a senior developer, you’ll guide the team, manage multiple projects, and make sure things are running smoothly. You’ll also be involved in writing clean, efficient code that brings our game ideas to life.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge and experience with Unity
• Fluent in C# with deep knowledge of Unity internals (memory, asset streaming, rendering, ECS patterns, etc.)
• Confident working with game assets (animations, materials, meshes)
• Know how to profile, benchmark, and tune for real performance — not theoretical
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
• Experience managing multiple game projects and working across departments
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in game development
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Able to learn new tools and tech on your own
