Qualifications

• Solid understanding of tooling design, material properties, GD&T, and metrology tools.
• Proven leadership in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and optimization of trim and form equipment.
• Monitor equipment downtime and develop improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering on new product development.
• Mentor and coach technicians for performance enhancement.
