Maxell Tohshin (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturer in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technician Injection Molding to join our team in Batu Berendam, Melaka. As a full‑time employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our state‑of‑the‑art injection molding operations.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of injection molding machines and related equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues with the injection molding process, implementing effective solutions
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to safety protocols
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to optimize machine performance
• Provide hands‑on training and guidance to junior technicians, sharing your expertise
• Continuously monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the injection molding operations

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior technician in an injection molding environment
