Job Description

OVERVIEW

• To carry out breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and improvement project to overall NGC premises.
• Assist in enforcing the company rules & regulations, implementation of ISO 9001/GMO requirements and safety & health practices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To carry out breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and improvement project for all area inside Hartalega NGC premises. (Production lines, QA dept, Warehouse, Compounding)
• To do all kind of electrical panel isolation, troubleshooting and wiring work.
• To perform LOTO for all isolation work.
• To troubleshooting machine and carry out repair and modification if necessary.
• Ready for on-call duty after working hours.
• Willing to work on shift.
• To ensure downtime are minimal by performing the job efficiently.
• Always feedback to superior regarding any outstanding issues/items.
• To improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
• To ensure works/jobs done with high efficiency and quality.
• To liaise with other departments/plants for any activities related to multiple department involvement.
• To ensure KPI's targets are achieved.
• To ensure activities carried out by solely or jointly with other divisions observe good health and safety standards.
• To ensure all documents are done and kept properly in compliance with ISO and to keep track of all records (Checklists, commissioning reports, etc.)
• To ensure all works/jobs are standard compliance.
• To rectify complaints from customers (internal or external).
• To carry out any jobs that are given from superiors.
• Always adhere to company rules, policy, and regulations.
• To perform annual maintenance execution work and complete on time
• To always ensure burners for ovens are always running efficiently.
• To take care of all tooling and properties given to them.
• To attend all training held and customized to them.
• Shall be helping any other plant maintenance if needed or instructed by superior.
• To assist supervisor in up keeping the maintenance checklist.
• To assist supervisor in setting up duty roster
• To cover for supervisor in case of emergency.
• To conduct skills training to the technician level.
• To perform additional task as where and when required that is within the job scope

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
