Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitor, maintain, and qualify equipment, tools, and fixtures used in production. Perform periodic verification and calibration on these items.
2. Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve yield.
3. Manage and execute high-precision assembly tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a focus on epoxy bonding processes.
4. Experience with optical alignment machines is advantageous for achieving precise equipment setups.
5. Observe and identify discrepancies, understand manufacturing processes in detail, troubleshoot issues, and involve senior staff when necessary.
6. Communicate effectively with peers to enhance teamwork.
7. Demonstrate emotional intelligence.
8. Drive continual improvement and optimize resource use.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical.
2. 1 to 5 years of experience in MNC industries; 8 years in high-mix, high-volume manufacturing is a plus.
3. Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, independently solve basic technical issues.
4. Good computer skills, SPC, and OPAC knowledge.
5. Strong analytical skills and a hands-on working attitude.
6. Adaptable to rapid business changes.
7. Knowledge of mechanical dimensioning, tolerancing analysis, and poka-yoke principles is advantageous.
