The ideal candidate will support team operations in quality control of automotive parts, involving assessments and customer claims. Required qualifications include a diploma in relevant fields and at least 3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics. Qualifications

• Min 3 years related working experience in Automotive Parts business, Supply Chain or Logistics Experience.
• Strong command of English to communicate with regional countries in Asia Pacific.
• Extensive knowledge of spare parts business and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the team lead in Technical Quality control operations.
• Ensure daily operations comply with Quality Standards.
• Handle customer claims and special requests.
• Lead and monitor special parts handling processes.
• Perform technical evaluations and investigations of parts.
• Implement continuous improvement measures.
