Review construction drawings and propose improvements to avoid design mistakes.

Ensure compliance with project requirements and national/industry codes.

Provide technical guidance on‑site and resolve technical issues during construction.

Follow up on technical briefings and process optimizations.

Develop and update internal technical management systems, construction methods, and quality manuals.

Promote construction standardization and technical innovation.

Team Management & Training

Build and manage the technical team, assign tasks and conduct performance evaluations.

Conduct training for technical staff to improve skills and capabilities.

Documentation & Reporting

Organize technical documents such as project records, design changes, and site reports.

Prepare regular reports and participate in project meetings.

Cross‑Department Coordination

Coordinate with procurement, commercial, construction, quality, and safety departments to resolve technical matters.

Contribute to technical proposal preparation and evaluation during tendering phase.
