Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supplier management.
• Ability to manage quality-related issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage all material quality-related issues.
• Work with internal staff and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Carry out new supplier qualifications and audits.
• Drive supplier corrective action closure and verify effectiveness.
• Participate in new material approval projects.

Skills

Independently work with minimal supervision

Knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF16949 QMS standard

Understanding AIAG core tools requirements

Understanding of engineering drawings

Teamwork and negotiation skills

Problem-solving skills such as 8D, 5 WHY

Data analysis capability (SPC, Cpk)

Willingness to travel to supplier sites
