Qualifications

• Preferably >3 years working experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Good understanding of machine mechanisms and capable of performing PM activities.

Responsibilities

• Support to optimize machine performance and efficiency.
• Manage spare parts usage and budget control.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose infrequent problems.
• Monitor PM activities and performance metrics.
• Support production stabilization projects.
• Assist new product ramp-up and equipment expansion.

Job description

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Support to optimize machine performance and efficiency by using adequate problem solving tool available.
• Spare parts management on usage, budget control. and work on cost reductions.
• Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems in a systematic approach.
• Monitor PM activities, OEE & MTBA performance, quality and yield of assembly processes.
• Supports production stabilization projects to achieve robust manufacturing (F).
• Support new product & equipment for ramp-up & expansion manufacturing line.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology).
• Preferably >3 years working experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
• Good understanding of TPM and Maintenance systematics.
• Good understanding of machine mechanism and capable to perform PM activities.
