We are looking for an experienced Senior Specialist – Transaction Banking Corporate & Commercial Cash Sales to join Group Transaction Banking at RHB Bank. In this role, you will take full ownership of Cash and Merchant business origination for an assigned portfolio, driving revenue growth, deepening client relationships, and expanding market share. You will work closely with Relationship Managers, product teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored cash management solutions for corporate and commercial clients.

What you will be doing

Own and manage Cash and Merchant business origination for an assigned corporate and commercial portfolio.

Drive new cash revenue, grow market share, and increase product usage through effective upselling and cross‑selling.

Defend and deepen operating account relationships while supporting the deposit growth agenda, particularly CASA growth.

Engage customers to understand their business models, working capital needs, and decision‑making processes.

Design and propose customized cash management solutions, including preparing proposals and leading client pitches.

Plan and execute client engagements, remaining the primary point of contact in collaboration with RMs.

Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking deal origination and closures.

Work closely with GCBB, CCM, Product Squads, Operations, and other internal partners to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Provide market and competitor insights to internal stakeholders to support product and process improvements.

Support Team Lead or Circle Lead in executing campaigns, initiatives, and strategic assignments.

Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, product guidelines, and regulatory requirements, including BNM guidelines.

What we’re looking for

More than 8 years of relevant experience in cash sales, preferably within corporate or commercial banking.

Strong knowledge of transaction banking and cash management products; trade knowledge is an added advantage.

Proven ability to manage a portfolio independently and consistently deliver sales targets.

Strong business acumen with a strategic and analytical mindset.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.

Self‑driven, disciplined, and comfortable working independently while being a strong team player.

Good interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to learning and problem‑solving.
