Conducting routine security risk assessment, analyzing any physical security threats and develop effective mitigation strategy to ensure the business continuity of the organization while protecting organization assets and personnel.

Job Description

• Supervise and monitor day to day security systems operations including access control and surveillance systems.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures across the facility to ensure compliance and safety.
• Close collaboration with other departments within the organization to assess on any security risk, provide tailored effective solutions aligned with different department needs in mitigating the security risk.
• Oversee entry and exit controls for personnel, visitors, contractors and vehicles.
• Supports audits, internal checks and ensure regulatory compliance in all security aspects.

Your Profile

• Experienced, skilled or tertiary education with good attitude.
• Security or other related working experience.
• Good problem solving ability.
• Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly.
• Good knowledge of security and IT systems.
• Demonstrate good leadership skills.
