Are you a sourcing professional with an eye for value and a knack for finding the right suppliers? Join us as a Senior Sourcing Executive and support our sourcing operations by assisting in supplier negotiations, evaluating quotations, and identifying cost-effective solutions.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to manage supplier communications, compare quotes, and ensure the timely delivery of products and services. If you’re independent, analytical, and enjoy negotiation, we’d love to have you on our team. Experience with suppliers in China is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Research markets and source new suppliers through trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry platforms.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.
• Manage quotation and tender processes, including price comparison.
• Support price and contract negotiations to achieve cost-effective sourcing.
• Maintain supplier relationships and resolve day-to-day sourcing issues.
• Monitor supplier performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyse sourcing costs and propose cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain functions.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience in tendering processes, supplier development, vendor management, and cost analysis.
• Familiarity with sourcing operations across Asia, particularly in China, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
• Candidates with an educational background in China, current or past work experience with China-based companies, or who have resided in China are strongly preferred.
