A leading industrial technology firm in Malaysia seeks a Technical Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least five years of experience in technical support and after-sales services. Responsibilities include providing sales support, maintaining customer relationships, managing projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills and knowledge of industrial protocols are necessary. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Provide pre and post sales services to ensure customer satisfactions.
Maintain good working relationship with customers by providing solutions and advice base on clients’ needs and requirement.
Prepare proposal, solution demo and follow up with customers.
Review of project specifications, schematic drawing and product selection for proposal.
Explore & develop new business opportunities.
Support software technical support for Automation/ Smart Manufacturing and Smart Cities.
Support technical issue for DFSI & customers based in Malaysia.
Project Management, dealing with internal operation for delivery date, partner negotiation, sales co-visit and ensure that sales commitment on technical point able to do.
Provide software technical support including WISE-PaaS to ASEAN region.
