The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP Business One and MS SQL Server, along with a proficiency in PHP Laravel for web portal development. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and optimize stored procedures, triggers, and user-defined queries (MS SQL Server backend).
• Maintain and troubleshoot transaction notification stored procedures to enforce business logic and data accuracy.
• Provide technical and functional support for SAP B1 modules, including Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Finance and Reporting.
• Liaise with SAP consultants and vendors on upgrades, patch management, and localization requirements.
• Web Portal Development (PHP Laravel): Design, develop, and maintain internal and external web portals using PHP Laravel.
• Create interactive dashboards, reports, and user-friendly interfaces to enhance business visibility.
• Manage backend databases, APIs, and secure authentication systems.
• Ensure all applications are mobile responsive and aligned with business goals.
• System Integration (SAP B1 ↔ Laravel / Others): Develop and maintain integration APIs between SAP B1 (via Service Layer / DI API) and web applications.
• Ensure accurate and timely synchronization of key data such as quotations, orders, and inventory.
• Implement error handling, logging, and data reconciliation for reliable system performance.
• Support integration with third-party platforms, including e-invoicing and external business systems.
• General IT: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Prepare documentation for system processes, database designs, and integration flows.
• Support IT compliance, data protection, and audit-related activities.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skill(s): SAP Business One (SQL Server backend) & MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Experience in PHP Laravel framework would be an added advantage.
• Experience in Optical Character Recognition (OCR) would be an added advantage.
