We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with 10+ years of enterprise-level development experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled across modern technologies, comfortable working in complex environments, and able to contribute immediately to ongoing projects.

This full‑time position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

This role will commence as a 3‑month contract, with the opportunity to transition into a full‑time position based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web‑based applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new features.
• Provide second and third‑level support to our clients.
• Create responsive and user‑friendly interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Design and optimise database schemas, as well as efficient and scalable queries.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software functionality and performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and industry trends, sharing knowledge with the team.
• Document technical specifications, best practices, and guidelines for software development.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of enterprise‑level software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency with database systems (e.g., SQL, MongoDB) and writing efficient queries.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and agile development methodologies.
