  • Possesses Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in managing social media content and strategy.
  • Strong portfolio of social media content and campaigns demonstrating creativity and brand growth.
  • Proven ability to grow engagement and build online communities.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written); proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
  • A self-starter with a creative mindset, attention to detail, and passion for digital communication.
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the social media content creations across all platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube).
  • Plan and create engaging content (posts, captions, short videos, stories, reels, carousels) to increase engagement and followers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing team) to support campaigns and ensure unified brand communication.
  • Monitor social conversations, trends and identify opportunities for engagement and content improvement.
  • Foster genuine community engagement by interacting with followers, replying to comments/messages, and initiating conversations.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare and present monthly social media performance reports with insights and next-step recommendations; stay updated with platform updates and best practices to keep the brand presence fresh and relevant.
  • Handle marketing ad‑hoc tasks that are assigned by superior.
