We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Social Media Content Executive to drive the growth and engagement of our brand across all key digital channels. This role requires a blend of creative execution, data‑driven analysis and cross‑functional leadership to ensure our social presence is innovative, high‑impact and directly aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XiaoHongShu and YouTube.
- Content Management & Oversight: Own the end‑to‑end content calendar planning (monthly/quarterly), ensuring seamless alignment with product launches, marketing campaigns and core brand messaging.
- Cross‑Functional Management: Collaborate closely with Brand Managers, Designers, Video Editors and Copywriters to produce high‑quality, scroll‑stopping content and campaign assets.
- Community & Brand Advocacy: Drive daily operations, including content publishing, proactive community management and real‑time audience engagement to foster brand loyalty and manage reputation.
- Trend Analysis & Innovation: Conduct continuous trend analysis, identifying emerging platforms, viral formats and competitor strategies to keep our content relevant and recommend new areas for innovation and growth.
- Performance & Analytics Ownership: Own the reporting process, meticulously tracking key metrics (engagement, reach, growth, conversion rates) and translating data into actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Campaign Support: Support the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns and influencer marketing initiatives, ensuring creative execution and tracking align with media spend KPIs.
- Copywriting Excellence: Develop clear, concise and compelling on‑brand copy for organic social posts, ad creatives and other essential marketing collateral.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven, hands‑on experience in managing and scaling social media for established brands or agencies. Direct experience in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Beauty sectors is an added advantage.
- Platform Expertise: Deep, working knowledge of platform‑specific algorithms, best practices for organic growth and content formats across the listed platforms (especially TikTok and XiaoHongShu).
- Strategic Mindset: Strong understanding of digital storytelling, audience segmentation and the ability to link social activities directly to measurable business outcomes.
- Communication & Organization: Exceptional project management, organizational and written/verbal communication skills required to manage multiple work streams and internal stakeholders simultaneously.
- Creative Judgment: Proven creative eye and meticulous attention to detail required for quality assurance of all published content.
- Bonus Skills: Working knowledge of paid social media best practices (ad platform set‑up, targeting and optimization) and experience managing influencer/KOL collaborations or user‑generated content (UGC) campaigns.
