Qualifications

• 12 years of proven working experience in construction site supervision, ideally in road and bridge projects.
• Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia.
• Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and quality assurance processes.
• Knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Resident Engineer in managing and overseeing the construction project.
• Provide technical and managerial guidance to the Clerk of Works.
• Monitor project progress and recommend mitigation measures for delays.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance Plans and HSSE Manuals.
• Evaluate method statements and traffic management plans.
• Respond to technical inquiries and coordinate design changes.
• Maintain various project reports and verify interim claims.

Education
