Senior Site Engineer/ Deputy Project Manager (High Rise Construction)

Project Management - Plan and manage overall project activities to meet targets on time, cost, quality, and safety, ensuring successful delivery of construction milestones.

Team Leadership - Lead the site team to monitor site progress and ensure all works follow contract specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.

Stakeholder Coordination - Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to identify and resolve site issues promptly.

Progress Reporting - Attend project meetings and provide comprehensive reports on project progress to stakeholders and management.

Resource Planning - Control project schedules and manpower planning to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines.

Quality & Safety Oversight - Ensure all quality standards and safety requirements are consistently achieved throughout the construction process.

Educational Background - Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or related field to provide the technical foundation for this role.
