A leading packaging company in Malaysia is seeking a motivated sales and marketing professional. The ideal candidate will perform various sales functions, understand product offerings, and effectively communicate with customers, including those who speak Mandarin. Qualifications include a degree in Marketing or related fields and strong interpersonal skills. The position requires travel and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of working experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Own transport; will need to travel frequently.
• Energetic, independent and result-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Carry out marketing and sales functions to meet company goals.
• Know the products well and advise customers accordingly.
• Take orders and review delivery capability.
• Document customer needs and communicate with relevant departments.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up as necessary.
• Issue PDM and ECN forms upon confirmation of orders.
• Collect payments in due course.
• Inform QA about customer complaints and follow up.
• Communicate customers' safety product liability requirements.

Education

Minimum degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Studies
