Job summary

A consultancy and training firm in Bintulu is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell training programs. You will identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships to meet sales targets. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and is self-motivated. This role also offers a basic salary plus attractive commission, career development opportunities, and comprehensive training.

Promote and sell training programmes to corporate clients, HR departments, and government agencies

Identify new sales leads and business opportunities through cold calls, networking, events, and referrals

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Work closely with trainers and programme coordinators to understand and match client needs

Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients

Represent the company at networking events, expos, or public training days (if required)

Job Requirements:

Minimum STPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field

1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or training-related services

Excellent communication and presentation skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English)

Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Possess own transport and willing to travel
