We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our Malaysia team. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving business needs, and delivering tailored AI-driven logistics solutions. You will also support key account expansion and contribute to strategic sales growth across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseas business development and project coordination in Malaysia and overseas (APAC Region).
- Manage key accounts and sales, including overseas customer relationships (key accounts and dealers), customer visits, sales lead management, project identification, contract terms negotiation, sales contract confirmation, and project management (including but not limited to project execution, complaint handling, and follow-up processes until the completion of projects with the highest customer satisfaction).
- Prepare and manage tender submissions, including proposal writing, pricing strategy, documentation coordination, and timely delivery of tender packages in compliance with customer or government requirements.
- Coordinate and collaborate synchronously with the product development department, R&D department, specific project teams, and associated departments for overseas business development, customer feedback, and assisting the company in providing the right products and services to customers.
- Manage overseas project risks, including the assessment of customers’ and dealers’ creditworthiness, debt/payment collection, and similar tasks.
- Achieve the annual sales budget set by the Company.
- Work closely with the Regional Office and Headquarter in developing specific sales campaigns and custom-tailored solutions for customers/dealers/distributors.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and Company functions/events as per required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in Ports and Terminals, Airports or logistics-related business.
- Strong sales skills and mindset, familiar with sales processes and techniques, capable of effective negotiation and closing.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
- Strong customer service orientation, focusing on client experience, relationship-building, and issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with logistics, autonomous vehicles, or AGV-related fields; understanding of AI applications in these industries is a plus.
- Experience in end-to-end tender management, including RFI/RFP response, government or enterprise bidding processes, and contract negotiation.
- Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales, especially in industries such as ports, automation, automotive or manufacturing with established client relationships and resources preferred.
- Strong team collaboration skills, able to work with internal teams and other departments to coordinate resources and achieve sales goals.
- Ability to handle work pressure, maintain a positive attitude, and possess strong psychological resilience in a competitive sales environment.
- Excellent learning and adaptability skills, continuously improving sales skills and professional knowledge to keep up with company and market changes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effective communication with clients in both English and Mandarin (Required).
Other Job Duties
Regular business travel, both domestic and international, may be required in accordance with Company business needs, with frequent travel expected within the APAC region.
The candidate will report to the Regional General Manager (APAC), based in the Malaysia office.
The candidate may be required to provide support to other region(s) as needed.
The candidate may be assigned to work on specific projects as determined by the Company.
The candidate is expected to uphold and protect the Company's values, image, and reputation at all times.
