Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company revenue goals. Develop sales strategies, oversee property launches, drive team performance, and ensure effective execution of sales plans aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and take-up targets.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve optimal performance.
  • Plan and manage property launches, roadshows, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Establish pricing strategies in collaboration with management and marketing teams.
  • Manage key client relationships, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Prepare sales reports, projections, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in property sales, with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in managing successful property sales teams.
