Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow our tire business. This role requires a strong understanding of the automotive and tire industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to drive sales growth in both existing and new accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop existing customer accounts, including tire dealers, workshops, and fleet operators.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Regularly review customer accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling tire products and services.
  • Coordinate all sales activities, including order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, complaints, and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, technical support) to meet customer requirements efficiently.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends.
  • Develop strategies to acquire new accounts and expand market share.
  • Monitor account receivables and follow up to ensure timely payments.
  • Report on sales performance, revenue, and outstanding balances to management.
  • Provide management with updates on customer needs, product feedback, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
Requirements
