About the role This is an exciting full-time Sales Executive position based in Bayan Lepas, Penang. As part of the sales team at Euro-Atlantic Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant and Catering) industry.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the HORECA sector

Manage and develop existing customer accounts to drive repeat business

Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to potential clients

Negotiate and close sales deals within set targets and timeframes

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional strategies

Provide feedback and insights to help improve products and services

Preparing tenders accordingly as per scheduled period and requirements

What we’re looking for

Diploma holder with at least 2 years of sales experience. Preferably in FMCG or related fields

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers

Good negotiation and closing abilities to secure new business

Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management

Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales

Must possess own car with valid driving license
