Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop sales activities with medium to large enterprises in the assigned territory.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and acquire new corporate customers while maintaining key accounts.
  • Understand client business needs and propose suitable machinery and technical solutions.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry and competitor trends.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, prepare quotations, and follow up on contracts.
  • Coordinate internal teams and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and market insights for management.
Qualifications
  • Min SPM/ Professional Certificate/ Diploma / Degree level in any relevant course.
  • Able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin is required to liaise with China client.
  • Min 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management;
  • Machinery or industrial sales experience is an advantage.
  • Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle with corporate-level clients.
  • Familiar with the local Malaysian corporate and industrial market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and performance-driven.
  • Valid driving license is required.
