Job description

Full‑time Senior Sales Executive/Assistant Sales Manager role within the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) team at Sunway Travel Sdn Bhd, based in Bandar Sunway, Selangor. You will be responsible for driving sales and growth in the MICE segment, which is a strategic focus area for the company.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively identify and generate new MICE business opportunities through networking, cold‑calling, and responding to RFPs.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate and associate clients.
3. Work closely with the operation team to manage end-to-end sales process for MICE bookings, including proposals, contract negotiations, and coordination with internal teams.
4. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for the MICE segment.
5. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to grow the MICE business.
