Responsibilities
  • Manage sales of assigned projects in accordance with company policies and sales targets.
  • Track sales progress to ensure timely closing and accurate documentation.
  • Advise customers on property purchases, including loan and legal matters.
  • Handle sales inquiries, walk-in customers, and online leads professionally.
  • Coordinate property handover and provide after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
  • Participate in sales launches, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
  • Work independently while contributing effectively as a team player.
  • Ensure show units are well maintained and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
  • Min 3 years of working experience in property sales and marketing, preferably within the property development industry.
  • Able and willing to travel to the headquarters in Desa Petaling when required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of property-related statutory requirements and procedures is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
