About Us

LABRAND is a fast-growing luxury preloved branded bag retailer with 6 years of strong market presence. We specialize in curated authentic designer bags (LV, Chanel, Dior, YSL, etc.), providing trusted advisory service and top-tier retail experience. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our Bangsar boutique.

Job Summary

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in guiding customers, closing sales, managing product displays, and maintaining high service standards. You will also support the team leader and assistant manager in daily sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide premium customer service & product consultation on luxury handbags
  • Actively engage customers in-store, via WhatsApp, and social platforms
  • Achieve monthly sales targets (personal & team)
  • Assist with bag authentication flow, product education & store SOP
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Maintain store cleanliness, bag display, and stock arrangement
  • Participate in daily meetings, sales discussions & product training
  • Support live selling sessions
  • Follow company SOP, grooming standards & documentation process
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience (luxury/fashion industry preferred)
  • Confident, presentable, responsible & target-driven
  • Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
  • Team player with strong discipline and good attitude
  • Passion for luxury bags is a strong advantage
