Role Overview

We are looking for a senior, self-driven sales professional to support business growth across Penang and Kuala Lumpur.

This role is not entry-level. You will be expected to operate independently, manage key accounts and close deals with minimal supervision. Prior experience in digital marketing, healthcare, media, platforms or B2B services will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition for our full-suite, multi-platform digital marketing services
  • Identify client needs and propose integrated, cross-platform solutions
  • Expand new clientele
  • Lead sales conversations end-to-end: pitching, proposal preparation, negotiation and closing
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (strategy, content, digital, video, web) to ensure smooth project handover
  • Travel between Penang and KL based on client and project needs
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
  • Senior-level B2B sales experience (minimum 3 years preferred)
  • Proven track record in closing deals and hitting revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems
  • Comfortable engaging with decision-makers (founders, doctors, management teams)
  • Independent, accountable and results-driven
  • Willingness to travel between Penang and Klang Valley
Salary Package - On-Target Earnings
  • 4-month probation with fixed basic pay (training & onboarding period)
  • Post-probation: basic pay + performance-based commission + allowance
  • Uncapped commission for high performers
