A leading UPS company is seeking a Sales and Marketing Professional in Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing effective strategies, and maintaining relationships with customers and partners in the Asia Pacific region. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in industrial sectors. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.

Achieve individual and team sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and prospects across the Asia Pacific region.
Conduct customer and site visits, presentations, and meetings, while participating in technical and commercial discussions to ensure satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to support business decisions.
Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth project execution and opportunity development.
Execute annual sales and marketing plans to grow STATRON’s brand awareness and market share in the Asia Pacific region.
Plan, organize, and manage exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, and product launches, including booth setup, logistics, and reporting.
Prepare and update marketing materials such as catalogues, brochures, corporate gifts, presentation slides, and videos.
Support digital marketing initiatives, manage and update social media and website content with the marketing or corporate communications team.
Any other tasks assigned by the superior and the Company.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Sales & Marketing, or Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in industrial or technical sectors.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Power Generation, EPCs, or international markets is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of contractual terms and commercial processes.
Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
Willing to travel across Asia Pacific when required.
