Job summary:

Overall job functions:
  • Responsible to assist/aid overseeing the performance and strategic alignment of operations alongside with Department Manager.
  • Having a sound commercial sense, business acumen and capable to interprets data and turn it to information which can assist management to offer ways to review and improve current scenario of sales situation and sales target achievement.
  • Data management skill to competent present in chart/graphics that could ease and enhance business decisions and review while assist in managing the sales/business reporting which includes sales performance, inventory management, evaluation reports and operational tasks not limiting to administration & documentation for audit and compliance.
  • Software related subject such as e-partner and any projects administrative on data for business revenue as and when management directs to meet company business needs and support growth to achieve company targets.
Key accountabilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Assist Department Manager to develop and execute distributor management strategies to support the companys overall sales and distribution objectives.
Distributor Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors alerting Department Manager of any shortcomings or improvement processes.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with distributors in a timely manner.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Assist to monitor distributor performance metrics, including sales targets, market share and compliance with company policies and provide timely advice to Department Manager.
  • Use data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improving distributor performance.
Training and Development
  • Provide/conduct training and support to distributors as and when necessary to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell the companys products.
  • Assist to organize and conduct regular distributor meetings, workshops, and training session.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, logistics and finance team to ensure seamless operations and alignment with the company strategies.
  • Coordinate with product management team to ensure distributors are well-informed about new products, features, and updates.
Compliance and Risk Management
  • Ensure that all distributor activities comply with company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.
  • Identify potential risks in distributor relationships and develop mitigation strategies.
Job details:
  • Basic salary up to RM6200 + Performance Bonus + Outpatient Medical Treatment + Yearly allowance + Zero MC Incentive + Medical card
  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (Flexible clock in arrangement + 1 day WFH, 4 days onsite arrangement)
