  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop store staff, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, implement strategies for improvement, and drive sales growth across all locations.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion strategies.
  • Retail Expansion: Lead efforts to open new retail locations, coordinating site selection, market research, and operational setup to ensure successful launches.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes, including stock levels, replenishment, and loss prevention, to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service by implementing best practices and promptly addressing customer concerns.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the merchandising team to create attractive product displays and maintain store aesthetics that enhance the shopping experience.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor expenses to ensure financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Manage various ad hoc projects as assigned by senior management, which may include process improvements, special initiatives, and event planning.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on operational performance, sales, and expansion initiatives for senior management review.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in retail management or operations, with a proven track record in business development, retail expansion, and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
