Qualifications

• 5–7 years of proven experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project bill of quantities, costings, and quotation/tender documents.
• Track design and renovation changes and adjust budget projections.
• Monitor project work to ensure it stays within agreed costings.
• Understand tender requirements and drawings.
• Prepare performance-management reports for the Commercial Manager.
