Qualifications

• 1 year experience for Executive level, and 3 to 5 years for Senior Executive level.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Tender Documents including BQ and cost estimation.
• Evaluate tenders from contractors/sub-contractors.
• Control and monitor project costs.
• Identify opportunities for cost-saving or value engineering.
• Prepare and ensure timely submission of Contractors Monthly progress claim.
