Qualifications

• Hold at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Speak and write fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or Cantonese to communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese‑speaking clients.
• Have at least 8 years of relevant working experience.
• Preferably experienced in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets and reports.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Experience handling commercial/corporate clients is an advantage.
• Capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
