Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and reviewing policies and procedures
• Documenting change controls, quality incidents, and action plans
• Lead ISO/IATF Certification and Audit
• Maintain quality management systems and policy development
• Ensure documentation and communication with external certification bodies (Mandarin proficiency a plus)
