Qualifications

• 10+ years’ working experience in semiconductor or related industry.
• 5+ years’ experience in Quality Management, preferably in customer quality engineering role.
• Knowledge of quality systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Key counterpart to Customer Quality & Service (CQS) for complaints.
• Drive 8D problem solving using 8D methodology.
• Support CQE to resolve complex case handling.
