Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in aerospace machining or precision manufacturing.
• ASQ CQE or Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive supplier improvement programs and develop suppliers.
• Interface with aerospace customers to address quality concerns.
• Review and approve First Article Inspection Reports per AS9102.
• Utilize root cause analysis tools to resolve quality issues.
• Develop and implement equipment calibration programs.

Skills

Knowledge in APQP, PPAP, MSA, GR&R, SPC

Knowledge in Material Requirements as per ASTM specs

Competent in Malay, English & Mandarin

Statistical analysis (SPC, MSA, CP/CPK, Pareto)

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering
