Job description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
CSN
  • Coordinate and guide staff for robust investigation on any customer complaint or feedback
  • Feedback customer complaint to relevant internal party for awareness upon any SR receive and monthly update the SR status during Quality Councils
  • Final verify the corrective / preventive actions to ensure its efficiency
  • Liaise with Internal party, CSN and LBP on investigation final outcome
FQA
  • Manage and support FQA function including inspection plan and documentation
  • Liaise with 3 rd party or LBP on any raise query on valve assembly quality
  • Drive continue improvement through DCRS analysis on relevant operation process
  • Plan and manage the activity, including scheduling, prioritization, and budget management
NDT
  • Ensure all testing procedures comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., ASME, ASTM, ISO).
  • Stay updated on changes in standards and implement them in testing protocols.
  • Work closely with other engineers, quality assurance teams, and production staff to ensure that testing is coordinated into the production process.
  • Provide technical support and mentorship to other team members and collaborators
QC System
  • Provide guidance to other team members and stakeholders to ensure efficient operation completion
  • Plan and lead the activity, including scheduling, prioritisation, and budget management.
Audit
  • Support internal and external audits program as per assign schedule
Others
  • Other duties which may be assigned by the manager from time to time.
  • Making continuous improvements support on SGIA, Cost Saving and AI project relate to job process or cross function process.
  • Support plant safety improvement activity
  • Initiates actions to prevent occurrence of non-conformance, and verify effectiveness of corrective actions

  • Well-versed with the ASME, ASTM, ANSI, NACE and ISO code of standard
  • Familiar with ISO Quality Management System, PED
  • Certified as QMS internal or Lead auditors
  • Oracle system, OASIS, QA Web Application
  • Microsoft Office

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any/Diploma in Engineering related field
  • Knowledge in quality system (ISO9001), and quality control techniques.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing operations.
  • Has the ability to analyze and develop solutions.
  • Have effective leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under deadline.
