A leading electronics manufacturing service provider is seeking an experienced Section Manager / Senior Engineer - Quality Assurance to manage quality assurance operations. The successful candidate will lead the QA department, ensuring compliance with industry standards and overseeing quality control processes. Responsibilities include handling customer complaints, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating with engineering teams. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and over 15 years of experience in manufacturing, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 7 years in a managerial role with a strong understanding of quality systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of the QA department overseeing quality control/assurance.
• Drive the Supplier Quality team on incoming material quality issues.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on quality performance.
