Qualifications

Overview

Review the effectiveness of quality inspection processes. Understand customers’ needs and convey customer expectations to the team effectively. Implement an independent quality audit program, manage the completion of audits, follow up on reports and close non-conformities raised. Monitor amendments to the organisation’s procedures and standard practices. Conduct process capability assessments and process validations. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues. Implement 5S and Kaizen activities continuously. Adhere to safety work procedures to ensure all work complies with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines. Write quality management reports and execute quality improvement plans. Identify training needs of employees, carry out training programs regularly, and evaluate training effectiveness.
