In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Execute purchasing and material planning activities to support manufacturing operations and customer demand.
- Align material plans with S&OP and Plan of Record (POR) to meet business objectives.
- Plan and release purchase orders to support On-Time Delivery (OTD) and inventory targets.
- Monitor supplier performance and support corrective and improvement actions.
- Maintain and review MRP parameters to ensure planning accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve material-related issues.
- Prepare and deliver accurate purchasing and inventory performance reports.
- Support inventory reduction, control initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Participate in lean, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing and material planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of purchasing, MRP, and inventory management principles.
- Experience coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
- Knowledge of S&OP, forecasting, and capacity planning.
- Familiarity with Lean concepts such as Kanban, JIT, 5 Whys, and Level Loading.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 quality system requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
