The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Director and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery, requiring a Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in project management software.

Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years relevant experience in Project Management.
• Experience in co-delivering project management services for High-Rise Residential Condominiums and Hospitals.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing design and construction works.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors and subcontractors.
• Support monitoring of project progress, budgets and quality requirements.
• Conduct routine site visits to observe progress and verify works.
