Job description

The Senior Project Manager (M&E) is responsible for the delivery of high-value mechanical and electrical projects across commercial and hospitality sectors.

The role provides leadership, commercial control, and technical oversight across multiple projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, to quality, and profitably, while protecting Mint’s reputation with clients, consultants and main contractors.

This is a senior leadership role, combining project execution, client interface, and mentoring of project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the delivery of assigned M&E projects from contract award to final account
• Lead project managers, engineers, site managers and subcontractors
• Lead procurement strategy for major equipment and subcontract packages
• Manage the coordination between M&E design, construction, and client requirements
• Chair and lead M&E coordination meetings, design workshops and technical reviews
• Manage expectations, resolve disputes, and protect Mint’s commercial and contractual position

Experience Required (Essential)

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services
• 10 to 15+ years experience delivering M&E projects
• 5+ years in a senior project management or project director role
• Strong experience in: Commercial Offices & Hospitality
• Proven track record of running multiple projects and large budgets
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial acumen

Experience Required (Desirable)

• Experience working under GMP and Design & Build contract agreements
• Fast-track corporate fit-out models
• Experience dealing directly with corporate occupiers and global clients
