Job description

Senior Project Executive (F&B Construction)

Act as CHAGEE’s representative in liaising with Landlord or Management. Performs hands‑on, fit‑out coordination works to ensure smooth outlet development process.

Regular site visits to monitor and verify that all works are done in accordance with approved design and compliance with CHAGEE's SOP.

Coordination between internal departments (Business Development, Interior Designer, Store Development, and Supply Chain) to ensure the project is smooth delivery and issues are resolved.

Organise and attend project meetings to understand the latest project update and resolve any project roadblock with stakeholders.

Conduct a comprehensive pre‑opening review which ensures the outlets are ready to be fully prepared for opening and alignment with business standards before signed off for final launch.

Ensures main contractors’ project deliveries meet the renovations specification and maintaining the required quality standards while delivering within the established budget and timeline.

Review the renovation specifications provided by the Interior Designer to develop comprehensive and detailed project plans.

Ensure all outlet renovation requirements are clearly communicated with all stakeholders.

Conduct regular site visits to assess the renovation progress, ensuring that the work meets the specified quality standards and aligns with the requirements outlined.

Review Bill of Quantity and conduct contractor tendering for new outlet renovation projects.

Site visit to check on quality with QS and resolve any drawing’s discrepancies.

Conduct post‑project review and present findings on completed project.

Assist in the work arrangement and meeting for upcoming projects as and when required.

Any other tasks or duties that may be assigned by a superior from time to time.
