Job description

We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Project Engineer to join our team and support the successful execution of our development projects by driving progress, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring every milestone is achieved with excellence.

Responsibilities

• Attend and coordinate all project matters with various contractors, consultants and relevant authorities (technical or non-technical).
• Monitor, control and ensure Quality Control is carried out in order to achieve the required quality works as per construction drawings and specifications by consultants.
• Monitor contractor’s work forces, machineries and site progress with site diary by daily basis to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Management and coordination of project with consultants and contractors to ensure timely completion within budget whilst achieving the required quality standard.
• Monitor progress of the construction site to meet the target of every stage of completion of the construction works such as billings stages.
• Maintain proper record during defect liability period.
• Manage and ensure the proper handing over of vacant possession in relation to completed units to purchasers.
• Enforce PQP policy and procedure and CONQUAS 21/ Qlassic system at site.
• Manage and monitor defects workers to ensure they carry out the works as per list of defects submitted by Purchasers.
• Carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience, preferably with a property developer or consultant.
• Proven track record in large-scale property development projects (residential, commercial, or mixed development).
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, authority submissions, and project scheduling.
• Strong coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
