A manufacturing company in Penang is seeking a Program Manager to oversee customer and plant commitments, manage customer scorecards, and lead a focused team. Candidates should have at least 8 years in program management or customer service, preferably within electronics manufacturing. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential for success in this role. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience as a program manager or customer service manager.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office: MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and plant commitments against demand.
• Handle Customer Scorecard management and metrics review.
• Oversee quotation responsibilities and regular re-pricing.
• Conduct periodic customer visits and host QBRs.
• Lead the Customer Focus Team.
• Manage Profit and Loss.
• Facilitate progress on new project/product start-ups.
• Serve as the customer point of contact.

Job description

Responsibilities

Customer and plant commit against demand.

Customer Scorecard management such as On-Time Delivery, Costing, Quality, etc

Quotation responsibilities such as managing new and periodic re-pricing.

Regular weekly review of metrics and deliverables. (Expected Outcome: Meet Key Business Indicators - Revenue Commit, Load versus Commit Gap, OTD, E&O, AR, ECO, and RMA.)

Leads the Customer Focus Team.

Profit and Loss Management.

Periodic visits and hosting Customers (QBRs, New project start-ups, Business Transfers)

Facilitates and monitors progress on all New project/ product start-ups

Customer point of contact and escalation

Any other duties assigned by Program Manager

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.

At least 8 year(s) of working experience as program manager, customer service and planning manager.

Work experience in an electronics manufacturing environment will be an advantage

Experienced user of MS Office programs: MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Presentation.

Ability to work under pressure and criticism.

Self-motivated nature and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed with strong interpersonal.
