Job summary

Senior Program Executive (Asst. Team Lead)

Primary Job Function
  1. To ensure customer requirements are being fulfilled and delivery to the expectation of the customer's needs and beyond.
  2. To act as a communication bridge between customer and internal team when customer is established.
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. To participate in the quotation process and follow‑up to ascertain the outcome of each quotation for assigned account.
  2. To ensure product start up, well coordinate cross various departments.
  3. To coordinate among all departments concerned to meet the customers’ requirements and delivery commitment.
  4. To conduct regular meeting with internal team to review quality and delivery performance.
  5. To ensure sufficient reports are being kept to monitor the progress of the customer's model.
  6. To ensure regular communication with customer to enhance the working relationship and report customer feedback to the management for continuous improvement.
  7. To assist in the development of existing and new accounts.
  8. To assist Marketing Activities together with Team Lead (TL).
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification is preferred.
  2. More than 3 years of experience in a marketing or program management role, with a proven track record of managing customer relationships, overseeing project start‑ups, and leading cross‑functional teams.
  3. Proficiency in English and Chinese language skills preferred.
