Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in any related field.
• At least 5 to 8 years of experience in a related field, preferably within an EMS environment.
• Knowledge of SAP or MRP systems is preferred.
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Required proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed production schedules.
• Analyze capacity, cycle times, and material availability.
• Analyze internal impacts for customer scheduling requests.
• Coordinate shop order releases and material kitting.
• Maintain oversight of production output and shipping commitments.
• Serve as the primary communication window for the customer.
